On November 5, 2010, Paul Malette, Eurasian Regional Executive Director of IACBE, sent an informing letter and congratulated The Saigon International University (a member of Group of Asian International Education (GAIE)) on becoming an official member of IACBE.
IACBE () is an acronym for International Accreditation Council for Business Education. IACBE, headquartered in Kansas USA, is one of the world’s leading organizations for recognizing and improving the quality of business education programs, through special accreditation process of business training programs.
As an official member of IACBE, SIU has been gaining its international recognition. In addition, with the support received from IACBE, the school’s activities will be further enhanced through supervision, assistance and advice in the process of improving the quality of training.
SIU is the only university in Vietnam in particular and throughout the continent of Southeast Asia in general that obtained the membership of IACBE.
Being recognized by IACBE is SIU’s one of the successes in the process of its integration of international education into its own education system in particular and Group of Asian International Education (GAIE) in general. All members of GAIE will make greater efforts to integrate more advanced education of the world into its system, worthy of the trust from parents and students.
