| Abstract: This article investigates the concepts and issues of social enterprise, social entrepreneurship, their sustainability and strategic dimension. Regarding the current two contradictory forms of entrepreneurship (commercial and social entre-preneurship) in terms of their nature, motivation, purpose and orientation toward sustainable development, this research shows that both of them could to stay in an alliance to successfully bridge social and commercial capital for corporate sustain- able development and social sustainable development. However, the article revealed that in contrast to the commercial entrepreneurship, currently, social entrepreneurship, due to higher level of sophistication, lacks and needs more strategic approach and understanding as well as its full reflection not only in theoretical debates but also in the business reality. This way, enterprises and society could benefit from it in terms of supporting overall sustainable development in rural areas of Vietnam. | Abstract: National security is one of the most critical elements for Vietnam society, economy and political system, their stability, sustainability and prosperity. It is unconditionally the top priority for Vietnamese government, State, Communist Party and military forces. The article proposes a new research approach treating security and military science as interdisciplinary, but two of the branches of social science. Using empirical analysis and case study as research methods, the article is focused on internal instability as challenging security issue that could pose a real threat and danger to the current socio-economic and political system. Based on the obtained research results we can draw some implications and propose some viable solutions for the Vietnamese authority to guard the safety and security of the people, society and also its political existence. |

FACTORS AFFECTING RESPONSIBILITY ACCOUNTING AT JOINT STOCK COMMERCIAL BANKS IN VIETNAM |

| Abstract: Modern management today requires corporations to control and evaluate governance responsibilities at each organizational level. To achieve this goal, managers must possess management tools to do it effectively. In order to improve the operational efficiency of joint stock commercial banks, it is necessary to include responsibility accounting as one of such tools. This study conducted a survey of 32 joint stock commercial banks with 304 questionnaires, using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences software for data analysis. The obtained research results indicate that factors affecting responsibility accounting in joint stock commercial banks include: (1) decentralized management, (2) organizational structure, (3) managerial awareness, (4) controlling activities, (5) qualifications of accountants, and (6) reward systems. Based on the research results, we proposed several governance implications for joint stock commercial banks, such as (1) choosing suitable organizational structure, (2) developing the Responsibility Accounting Reporting System, and (3) improving professional qualifications and management capacity. |
